Kpop Covers
In this K-pop cover dance class, learn some of the most exciting and eye-catching choreography performed by your favorite K-pop idols. This class will draw directly from choreography seen in music videos and live performances and is designed to be accessible to dancers of all levels. Whether you are a K-pop enthusiast or just curious and want to learn some fun choreography, this class is a great place to hone your dancing skills.

Contemporary
In this adult contemporary class, movers will explore their artistic identities through improvisation and choreography. Dancers of all levels and dance backgrounds are encouraged to attend. This class is designed to make dance accessible, so while some elements may be more technical, modifications as necessary are encouraged. The aim of this class is to give adults a safe space to express themselves creatively, regardless of prior dance training.

Hip Hop
Increase your bodily awareness in this open level Hip Hop class. Practice polyrhythmic patterns utilizing foundational Hip Hop steps. Class will also cover basic freestyling, legendary party dances and the evolution of Hip Hop as an art form. Time will be split between drills and choreography.

Stretch
Flexibility is an integral part of whole-body wellness. Incorporating stretches into your lifestyle can reduce risk of injury and increase overall fitness. Let us guide you through a series of stretches aimed to help prevent stiffness, soreness, and injury. This class will ease your muscles and your mind!
Wear items that allow full range of motion, however, that is not restricted to athletic clothing. We highly encourage you to bring whatever it is that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Wear your favorite pjs, bring your softest blanket, stretch with your fluffiest stuffed animal. These things are encouraged and definitely fit the vibe of this class! Bring a mat or a towel to stretch on if preferred.
Movement Lab
Movement Lab (Improv) is an improvisation-inspired class that enables dancers to discover a style that suits them or develop clarity in their current movement style. Participants will be guided through a different movement style every month to broaden their options as movers with the help of educational materials like videos and books, and targeted movement exercises to deepen their understanding of the style they choose to embody.
