Family Programs

At Pack Dance, our family programs are designed to create a welcoming, supportive space where caregivers and toddlers can move, play, and connect through dance. These joyful, community-centered classes encourage creativity, bonding, and shared experiences in a fun and judgment-free environment.

Babywearing

Join us for a movement improvisation experience focused on connection, exploration, and curiosity around the way our babies move. The session begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by an instructed baby-wearing dance and wraps up with structured, playful improvisation.

Bring your baby, a song recommendation, and a carrier of your choice. No prior dance or movement experience required. This experience is appropriate for any babywearing parent and their little one, from newborn to "too heavy to carry." This is a judgment-free zone. Crying baby? No worries. Have to leave early? Not a problem. Can’t figure out how to get your baby carrier on just right? We’re not in a hurry. Move at your own pace and connect with other parents.

Co-Choreographers

Co-Choreographers invites toddlers and their grown-ups to move beyond traditional sing-along classes and become creative partners through dance. Together, families will explore movement, share ideas, and help create an original group dance shaped by imagination, play, and collaboration.

Each class begins with a playful warm-up designed to spark creativity, connection, and confidence in movement. Caregiver-child pairs are then guided through collaborative activities where everyone contributes movement ideas to build and sequence a shared dance experience. No dance experience is necessary — just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to move together.

Classes conclude with a gentle cool-down and partner stretching activities that encourage bonding, regulation, and a calm transition back into the rest of your day.
