Kathryn Sweet is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher, currently based in St. Louis, MO. Originally from Iowa, she received her foundational dance training at the School of Classical Ballet and Dance, directed by Serkan Usta and Lori Grooters. She recently graduated from the University of Arizona, earning a BFA in Dance and BS in Biosystems Engineering with Honors. Kathryn has had the opportunity to perform works by Juel D. Lane, Trisha Brown, and Gregory Dawson, in addition to expanding her training at American Dance Festival, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and Kansas City Ballet. Her choreography has been featured at the University of Arizona and American Dance Festival. Kathryn is so excited for her first season with Pack Dance!
