• When Closing: Top and Bottom Thermostat should be set to 80 degrees, except when we have extreme temperatures (high 90s and over) in which case, set it to 75

    When Opening: Top and Bottom Thermostat should be set to 70 degrees, please note it does take a long time to cool the studio on high temperature days

  • When possible, try to keep both the top and bottom thermostats in the OFF position in the fall and open the back door to get air flowing in. If you need to heat or cool the space, just turn on top and bottom thermostats to the temperature of your choice but be sure they are on AUTO (not ON) and remember to put them back to the OFF position when you leave.

  • When Closing: Top and Bottom Thermostat should be set to 60 degrees, except when we have extreme temperatures (teens and below) in which case, set it to 65

    When Opening: Top and Bottom Thermostat should be set to 70 degrees, please note it does take a long time to heat the studio on low temperature days

  • When possible, try to keep both the top and bottom thermostats in the OFF position in the spring and open the back door to get air flowing in. If you need to heat or cool the space, just turn on top and bottom thermostats to the temperature of your choice but be sure they are on AUTO (not ON) and remember to put them back to the OFF position when you leave.
